Input, editing and end of project conformity
Objective document coding services are billed on a per document rate
which is based, in part, on volume. The total number of documents
is determined by an established "average document length".
During document review, specified information is extracted and entered
directly into a customized database structure.
Once the documents have been coded, data reports are prepared and
returned to the client for a quality control comparison to the original
documents.
This coding option includes a quality control process, undertaken
by Prism, which includes, for example: field conformity, spell-checking
and number-checking, among other features. In total, the end-of-project
tasks include thirty (30) separate steps.
The data are delivered in an ASCII delimited file format.
